Dr. Ne moved to Texas from Taiwan when she was in the eighth grade and has been here for over 30 years. She is married with two daughters and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Her family and friends are the fuels which keep her going. Dr. Ne likes to travel, cook and do home improvement projects. Most of all she loves to spend her free time playing with her daughters.
